• All work is to be directed by customer.
• Locating, relocating utilities is to be done by customer.
• Minimums may be charged per item per day.
• Payments shall be made within 30 days of invoice date.
• Campanella Corporation will not take any responsibility for damage to any property, equipment, etc….
• Customer will be back charged for any damage or excessive wear to equipment.
• Trucking and Disposal will be charged at cost + 20%
• Campanella Corporation can provide fuel at current market value + 10%
• Rental Equipment is subject to availability.
• Mobilization charges apply for each move in and out.
• Operators are Union Journeyman. 40hr Hazmat trained operators are available.
• Daily tags will be faxed to customer’s office. Customer needs to sign and return all daily tags.
• Customer is responsible for returning equipment reasonably clean. Damages caused by customer or excessive wear will be billed accordingly.
• Additional labor, supplies, equipment, disposal, expenses, etc…. documented on rental tags will be incorporated into this rental agreement.

It is the sole responsibility of the lessee or renter to follow the requirements of the regional notification center law pursuant to Article 2 (Commencing with SECTION 4216) of CHAPTER 3.1 DIVISION 5 of TITLE 1 of the government code. By renting our equipment, the lessee or renter accepts all liabilities and responsibilities contained in the regional notification center law.

All Rates effective April 1, 2009. Rates may be subject to change. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify current rates.
